Your Beauty Cancellation Policy

We operate a busy Beauty Therapy and Day Spa and appointments are precious to us. Please respect our time, as we respect yours. Should you need to cancel or postpone your appointment please give us the courtesy of 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations and no-shows can incur a 100% cancellation fee. Gift Voucher no shows will void the voucher. A credit card will be required to secure bookings over 1 hour in duration.
